Facilities

Hilltop Residences was not developed to be a hotel but a residential development for friends and guests to spend a relaxing time away from the daily routine of work. In other words your home away from home.It consists of 8 residences of which each has a Mediterranean garden with shrubs and trees (predominantly olive trees) and a large communal space with a  swimming pool. You can either interact with other guests at the communal area or spend your time within the privacy of your own garden relaxing with some music or a book. 

The five residences were operated from mid July till September 2017 and the extra three residences were added in July 2018. Over this brief period of time our main aim was to find out what our guests wanted and made them feel more at home.  

All our rooms offer: 

  • Air-Conditioning 

  • Flat-screen Cable TV 

  • Large kitchen with utensils, fridge, filter coffee maker 

  • Cooking basics (regional bio olive oil, spices and more, as well as coffee, tea, sugar and milk) 

  • Double Coco-mat beds 

  • Large living-rooms with sofa- bed 

  • Desk 

  • Shower 

  • Hair-dryer 

  • Branded toiletries 

  • Coco-mat towels and more branded bath linen 

  • Large private terrace with sea – and garden views 

 

 

COMMUNAL AREAS AND GARDENS

Swimming pool and Pool bar

There is large 5X12 swimming pool should you wish to stay at the complex ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. From late June till mid September we  will be adding a pool bar which will be serving snacks, salads, coffees and beverages should you wish to chill out at the pool area.

 

OTHER SERVICES

Breakfast

Should you wish breakfast this can be arranged from late June till Mid September.

This will be charged at 5€ per person and will comprise of Coffee or Tea, local orange juice plus local delicacies of the area.

Shuttle Service

 Privileged rates can be offered for transport from Kalamata airport should you wish it. Please contact us for more info.

Clothes wash

Some units do have washing machines but should you wish us to do it for you this can be arranged upon request (surcharge)

Car Rental

Can be arranged (surcharge)

Oil and wine tasting

This is something we are currently developing and will be available from May onwards at a surcharge. Should you wish this please inform us.

Other

There are many other activities available in the area as tours to archeological sites, winds surfing, hiking, trekking, gold and tennis. Lets us know what is in your interests and we will be happy to make the arrangements for you.
