Welcome to Hilltop Residences, your home away from home

We are a brand new complex, built on a hill overlooking the Messinian bay on a plot of 8300m2, surrounded by olive trees and approximately 300-400m from the closest beach. Knowing the demanding routines of everyday life we aim to be your home away from home for this short time you will spend here. 

We offer three types of accommodation and 8 residences in total. The standard residence which is 50m2  (4 persons), the superior residence 70m2 (6 persons)and the Deluxe  Villa Residence of 120m2 (8 persons). 

All residences have independent entrances, have  gardens, breathtaking views of the Messinian bay, share a communal swimming pool and have fully equipped kitchens. Unwind in unique natural beauty of a Mediterranean garden and sleep on nature on a Cocomat bed made of natural materials. 

Ideal for families, couples or friends wanting to unwind in a private, harmonious environment, located near beaches of outstanding beauty and small villages with great tavernas.

Location 

Hilltop Residences is just a 5 minute drive past the picturesque coastal village of Petalidi in  Messinia which is built amphitheatrically in a bay that has the shape of a horseshoe (from which it takes its name). The residences are ideally located as they are half an hour drive from Kalamata airport and the city of Kalamata and are in close proximity to Pilos (45 mins) Methoni (50mins) Koroni (30 Mins).
